What is the Concord Program?

Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), has come to the forefront in today's workplace. Cultural issues such as racism, sexual harassment, lack of diversity, and power dynamics don't solve themselves. Complex issues like these require a broad, deep and nuanced approach, and that's why we developed the Concord Program.

From the practical side of policies and procedures, to the personal side of awareness building, emotional intelligence, and soft skill development, we offer everything you need to make tangible progress.

We will meet you where you are today and work with you every step of the way.

Let's get started!
